Tidalmark Consulting is an independent, Atlantic Canada-based consultancy that helps public, private, and nonprofit organizations navigate complex challenges through strategic insight, practical solutions, and thoughtful implementation. Based in Greater Moncton, we serve clients locally and across Canada.

Our work spans policy development, business analysis, grant and funding strategy, Indigenous engagement, workforce planning, and operational improvement.
